This morning the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) announced that Kanye West’s ego is now visible from space.

It all started when astronaut Bill Weaver, who works on the manned satellite Venus VII, noticed an entity on the earth that had been there previously; “I noticed a large mysterious object on the earth that wasn’t there before.” Alarmed, he immediately contacted NASA headquarters and sent them a photo of the “mysterious object”.

NASA was originally puzzled by the photos themselves but after some research and investigating they discovered that it was Kanye West’s ego.

After this discovery, scientists at NASA were initially worried. However they soon realised there may be positives to West's humongous ego.

Kevin Walker, chief scientist at NASA stated “At first, we were very concerned about the size of Mr West’s ego and the impact it could have on earth. We thought the sheer weight of his ego could topple the planet and affect the earth’s orbit. On the other hand though Mr West’s ego could act as a natural shield for the earth and could deflect any space debris, such as comets and asteroids, from hitting earth.”

This discovery makes West the second musician to have an ego visible from space after Liam Gallagher’s ego was spotted in 1996.
